I Made (Almost) Every Egg

My love for Bon Appetit Test Kitchen is unparalleled. So is my love for eggs. This had to happen when the chefs all showed their favorite way to cook eggs, and of course I gave them each a nickname per Alex Eats All tradition.

Amiel's low and slow soft scramble

• very great texture, but took over 15 minutes to make.
• "The Weekend Egg" - enjoy your cup of coffee while stirring into the weekend

Brad's buttery French Omelet

• augh it is as difficult as I thought. If Brad's knockoff is this hard, this is why I didn't try Sohla's authentic version.
• "The Chef Egg" - may need to be a chef to make this

Chris's fried egg

• this might be the only egg I just didn't really like. I just don't like the burned bits on food even when it's intentional.
• "The Danger Egg" - you seek something different in life

Claire's soft-medium boiled egg

• of course Claire's favorite egg is also my favorite :,)
• "The Work Day Egg" - I did my make up and my eggs are ready in 7 minutes

Delany's fast scramble breakfast tacos

• look way more impressive than how easy it is
• "The Breakfast in Bed Egg" - Do you need to impress a special someone?! This is the egg for that occasion!

Molly's Molly egg

• this egg is very fitting for Molly's personality, but I think I want just a bit more texture to my eggs
• "The Instagram Egg" - look how perfect it is

Priya's boiled whites with salt and pepper

• ok but egg yolks are so good?! Pepper is also good
• "The Cholesterol Watch Egg" - if you are able to, yolks are so yummy. But if for whatever reason that doesn't fly for you, this is good.
