Hi, I'm Wendy. I'm a software engineer turned MBA candidate at Wharton, where I'm double majoring in Operations, Information and Decisions and Business Economics and Public Policy.
I've spent the last seven years building products in New York. At Personio, a Munich-based HR & payroll software platform, I led a redesign of new-user activation around an in-house LLM pipeline. Before that, at Headspace, I helped bring the company's first direct-to-consumer therapy product to life. At Etsy I worked on standardizing return policies for millions of sellers and moving delivery estimates to machine learning, and I started my career at JPMorganChase building tools for portfolio managers.
I studied computer science at the Engineering School at UPenn (so I am a proud double Penn dipper). Now I am looking to pivot to a role in product or operations, where I can pair my technical skills and systems thinking with analytical rigor to help product teams make faster, data-informed decisions and scale how they operate.
Outside of work I'm a distance runner (and run captain for the Wharton Roadrunners), a certified mental health coach, an avid reader, and someone who loves her village and loves being a villager.
